I drove by the site today just to torture myself and sure enough there was nothing happening.
I drove past at 3pm yesterday and the scaffolding had been raised in preparation for the gutter and fascia to go on.
Spoke with our SS today, who, full credit to him - called me about 3 minutes after I sent him a text asking him to call me when he had a chance, and he said things are on track for us to have a roof by the end of the week (weather permitting). According to him the gutter and fascia go on tomorrow and roof tiles will be delivered ready to go on the next few days.
Now we just REALLY want the rain to stay away!!
Hopefully next time I post I will have more to report.
That's good news Shayne. This unseasonally wet weather is really frustrating ain't it ... if only we had our roofs already!
